A double-acting magnet is a magnet in which the electromagnetic force moves the armature from the base position to the two end positions.

Getting back to basic position is usually affected by external forces. The armature is guided by maintenance-free precision bearings on both sides, ensuring a long service life. In this case, the axial force extractor is important.

Magnets are available with free cable ends, protected etc. conforming to DIN VDE 0470/EN 60529-IP20, or plug connections conforming to DIN VDE 0470/EN 60529-IP54.
